✅ What items are eligible for return?
We only accept returns and refunds for:
- Defective items, or
- Incorrect items received (wrong design, wrong colour, wrong product)
If the item you received is not in the above condition, we’re unable to proceed with a return or refund. Thank you for your kind understanding.
⏰ Return Request Period
Please contact us within 7 days from the date you receive your parcel if you notice any defect or wrong item.
Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
📦 Return Conditions
For a return to be accepted, the item must:
- Be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- Have all original tags still attached
- Be returned in original packaging (if possible)
🎨 Colour & Measurement Disclaimer
- Due to lighting and screen differences, slight colour variations may occur. This will not be considered a defect.
- Measurements may vary by 1–3cm depending on fabric and measurement method. This is also not considered a defect.
💳 Refund Process
Once we receive and verify the returned item:
- Refund will be processed to your original payment method
- Kindly allow up to 7–14 working days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank
🔄 Out of Stock Items
If the item you placed order is out of stock, you may choose to:
- Exchange for another item of equal value, or
- Top up for a higher value item, or
- Request a refund
